Dr. Tran Phuoc Tam graduated as a medical doctor from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2004. He later obtained a Specialist Level I in Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation degree from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2011, and subsequently a Specialist Level II in Health Management degree from the Hanoi University of Public Health in 2020. Currently, Dr. Tam serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Hoan My Binh Phuoc Hospital.
