I. THE RIGHTS OF PATIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/em><\/strong> The right to be examined and treated; to be informed and have explained their health status, examination and treatment methods; to be instructed on how to self-monitor, provide self-care, and prevent potential accidents and complications during treatment; to be examined and treated using safe methods appropriate to their medical condition and health status and consistent with the hospital’s actual capabilities; and to be informed of the prices and services for medical examination and treatment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u 10.<\/strong> Quy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00f4n tr\u1ecdng danh d\u1ef1, b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe v\u00e0 t\u00f4n tr\u1ecdng b\u00ed m\u1eadt ri\u00eang t\u01b0 trong kh\u00e1m, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh.
2.<\/em><\/strong> The right to have their honor and health protected and their privacy respected during medical examination and treatment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u 11. <\/strong>Quy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn trong kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh; L\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh sau khi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cung c\u1ea5p th\u00f4ng tin, gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch, t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 v\u1ec1 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng b\u1ec7nh, k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3, r\u1ee7i ro c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 x\u1ea3y ra, tr\u1eeb tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i kho\u1ea3n 4 \u0110i\u1ec1u 40 c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh; Ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn ho\u1eb7c t\u1eeb ch\u1ed1i tham gia nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u y sinh v\u1ec1 kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh.
3.<\/em><\/strong> The right to choose in medical examination and treatment;\u00a0to choose the method of medical examination and treatment after being fully informed, explained, and counseled on their health condition, outcomes, and possible risks, except in the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 40 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment; to accept or refuse to participate in biomedical research on medical examination and treatment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u 12. <\/strong>Quy\u1ec1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cung c\u1ea5p th\u00f4ng tin v\u1ec1 h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 b\u1ec7nh \u00e1n v\u00e0 chi ph\u00ed kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh; \u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecdc, xem, sao ch\u1ee5p, ghi ch\u00e9p h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 b\u1ec7nh \u00e1n v\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p t\u00f3m t\u1eaft h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 b\u1ec7nh \u00e1n theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i \u0111i\u1ec3m d kho\u1ea3n 4 \u0110i\u1ec1u 69 c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh; \u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c cung c\u1ea5p v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch chi ti\u1ebft v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n chi tr\u1ea3 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh khi c\u00f3 y\u00eau c\u1ea7u.
4.<\/em><\/strong> The right to be provided with information about the medical record and the costs of medical examination and treatment;\u00a0to be able to read, view, copy, and take notes from the medical record and be provided with a summary of the medical record as regulated in point d, Clause 4, Article 69 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment; to be provided with and have a detailed explanation of the service payments for medical examination and treatment upon request.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.<\/em><\/strong> The right to refuse medical examination and treatment and to leave the healthcare facility;\u00a0to refuse medical examination and treatment but must commit in writing to take self-responsibility for their refusal after being counseled by a practitioner, except in cases of compulsory treatment as specified in Clause 1, Article 82 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment; to leave the healthcare facility before treatment is concluded against the practitioner’s advice but must commit in writing to take self-responsibility for leaving the healthcare facility, except in cases of compulsory treatment as specified in Clause 1, Article 82 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u 14. <\/strong>Quy\u1ec1n ki\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb v\u00e0 b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng; \u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c ki\u1ebfn ngh\u1ecb v\u1ec1 t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i, b\u1ea5t c\u1eadp, kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n, v\u01b0\u1edbng m\u1eafc v\u00e0 v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 kh\u00e1c trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh; \u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i \u0110i\u1ec1u 102 c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh.
6.<\/em><\/strong> The right to make recommendations and receive compensation;\u00a0to make recommendations on shortcomings, inadequacies, difficulties, obstacles, and other issues during the process of medical examination and treatment; to be compensated according to the provisions of Article 102 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u 15. <\/strong>Vi\u1ec7c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n quy\u1ec1n c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh b\u1ecb m\u1ea5t n\u0103ng l\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh vi d\u00e2n s\u1ef1, c\u00f3 kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n trong nh\u1eadn th\u1ee9c, l\u00e0m ch\u1ee7 h\u00e0nh vi, h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf n\u0103ng l\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh vi d\u00e2n s\u1ef1, ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh l\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi ch\u01b0a th\u00e0nh ni\u00ean v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 th\u00e2n nh\u00e2n.
7.<\/em><\/strong> The exercise of the rights of patients who have lost civil act capacity, have difficulty in cognition and behavior control, have limited civil act capacity, are minors, and have no relatives.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. NGH\u0128A V\u1ee4 C\u1ee6A NG\u01af\u1edcI B\u1ec6NH\/ THE OBLIGATIONS OF PATIENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u0110i\u1ec1u 16. <\/strong>Ngh\u0129a v\u1ee5 t\u00f4n tr\u1ecdng ng\u01b0\u1eddi h\u00e0nh ngh\u1ec1 v\u00e0 ng\u01b0\u1eddi kh\u00e1c l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c t\u1ea1i c\u01a1 s\u1edf kh\u00e1m b\u1ec7nh, ch\u1eefa b\u1ec7nh.
8.<\/em><\/strong> The obligation to respect practitioners and other people working at the healthcare facility.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
